As I recall in the old days the gear was new, and we just ordered the
parts from Heathkit.  Sorry, I couldn't resist making the remark, but I
often bought parts directly from the manufacturer, I even bought parts to
home brew rigs.  I liked my DX-100 audio so much that I purchased  the
audio interstage and modulation transformers from Heathkit to build my
own compact mobile transmitter, and it sounded great on 75 meters in the
late1950's. There certainly are a great group of guys that always come
through on this reflector.  Good Luck with your SB-102 project, Ron,
