[Heathkit] Heathkit 572B's horizontal

I believe horizontal mounting requires that the filament pins be oriented
in the vertical plane; i.e., one above the other.  If I remember
correctly, filament sag on 811A and 572B's was much more of a problem in
the foreign made tubes.  The Russian tubes were particularly bad in this
area.
