[Heathkit] Hot Carrier Diodes.

 Kenwood & Yaesu use a diode pack for there balance modulators on some rigs.
The Kenwood TS-930 ,TS940 & Yaesu FT -767, 757, 102 all use this diode pack
for the balance mod & product detector. It is basically 4 match Schottky
diodes on one round housing with 4 legs out of it. All my radio's that have
it work great & stay nulled ..... I will try to find the part number !!  I
know the part cost about 5 dollars from Yaesu ....
