When my grandfather's second wife died the doctor sent
him a bill for services. He then talked with the
doctor. My grandfather explained that he, as a
plumber, guaranteed all of his work. He either
repaired the problem again or didn't charge for his
work.
The doctor thought for a minute, then tore the bill!
My grandfather had paid him a lot of money in the past
for his services. But, up to the time when his wife
died, the doctor had suceeded.
The doctor was still "practicing" and hadn't perfected
his "life saving" techniques.
Anyway, get a second opinion and also do what is
necessary to get better.
Remember, most of us have to live with our mistakes
but doctors bury theirs!

Keep in mind, doctors "practice" medicine; perhaps
someday they will get enough practice to get things right!
