[Heathkit] peeling paint on cabinet 90-337, coindidence?

I've had at least three SB-610's with the flaking paint problem. Also have, 
currently, an SB-102 with the problem.  Over the years, I've seen the flaking 
paint problem on almost all of the green perforated cabinets at one time or 
another.  Check it out at Dayton .... you'll see what I mean.
