[Heathkit] WTB: variable capacitor for HW-101

Never touch a varianble capacitor spacing. A hard to move
capacitor spray contact cleaner and when dry add a couple of
drops of oil in the ball berings with the unit resting in
the knobs. Next day will be like new.
