[Heathkit] Information about Tube Tester IT-17

Raymond - A manual should give you the information you are looking for.  There
are many places that sell a reprint of this manual...W7FG and others...also,
sometimes originals do show up....at least a copy of the operating and original
description tube charts will be helpful.  I suggest it highly.
