He does a lot to justify some of these mods.  FWIW, I checked my L4B
for parasitic resonances with a dip meter as he suggests, and found
two.  A little scary.

Are you talking plate input, or RF output?  The 2 KW figure is a plate
input spec which translates to around 1300 watts out ( assuming 65%
efficiency ).  Do yourself a favor, run it from 220v.  People have been
known to set houses on fire running monster amps from 110.  Your wires
will thank you, your breaker panel will thank you, and your amp will
thank you.
