[Heathkit] Heathkit Apache

Trying to get a Heathkit Apache running.  Could someone direct me to a
website where Heathkit manuals etc are able to be reveiwed or
downloaded?

Also a couple of questions - Does a jumper plug have to be wired for the
octal plug on the back?

The rig is supposed to have a couple of 6CA7s in it, but they are
missing. Can the rig be made to run or checked out on CW without them?

So far all I get is a high voltage reading - nothing else on other meter
positions.
