Hello to the group,

I have confirmed that the main transformer is bad. I removed the two input
wires to the main transformer. Upon plugging in the a/c, the VFO filiments
lit. Upon turning on the main power switch, nothing happend (as expected),
confirming that the wiring is good to all but the transformer. Upon
reattaching the two main transformer input wires, the fuses blew upon
turning on the main power switch.

Anyone have a spare transformer that they would part with?

Thanks for all your suggestions.

Regards,

Jim Temple
