[Heathkit] Drifting bias

Are you running either 6146B / 8298A or 6146W tubes? 
That may be be problem.  The SB-102 is normally much
happier with the 6146 / 6146A / 8298.  Sounds like the
neutralization is "taking off".

Look on either of the websites that are at the end of
my messages for the Electric Radio article on the 6146
family of tubes.
