[Heathkit] Drifting bias

Hello to all on list.
My SB-102   bias current is drifting erratically all over, mostly very =
high up to 200 to 300 ma. Adjustment works only temporarily.  The longer =
the set is on, the worse it gets. Are my finals giving up?=20
Any advice is welcome.
