[Heathkit] HW101 Knobs...

Hi Everyone-

I'm brand new to the HK reflector, but not new to hamming; I've been at it
close to 48 years.  And I've spent almost all of it building,
repairing/restoring and homebrewing everything I've ever owned as a ham.

Currently I've got a couple of HW101s next in queue for reworking in my shop
(garage, that is).  As is likely a common problem, I need a couple of Lever
Knobs (the small tab-style ones) for the HW's "CW-SSB" filter switches and
FINAL controls.  Can anyone point me in the direction of a source, or
possibly a workable substitute, for them?  The original HW101 P/N was
462-218.

In my "former life" I restored major parts of two Model A Fords, so
fabricating "one-off" pieces is not out of the question; however, I'd sure
like to latch onto a couple of originals if there are any to be found.

If anyone has a (very) nice original HW101 manual for sale, I'd also be
interested in knowing about that as well.
