[HCRA] Holiday Party Payment

Good Morning Everyone,

The HCRA board has decided to allow everyone to make holiday party
reservations via PayPal.

Go to: hcra.org and click the yellow Donate button. Enter in the amount.

If you feel so inclined, add $2 per meal to cover the paypal expense that
gets charged to the club.

Then please make sure you send an email to Duane, KC1FQV at
dpray5267 at gmail.com and tell Duane what items you are ordering for the
Holiday Party and that you just sent in a donation for X for you and
whomever.

Duane will acknowledge the email and reservation.

YOU MUST PREPAY FOR THE HOLIDAY PARTY. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER IF
THEY HAVE NOT PREPAID.

The board can't wait to see you all at the Holiday Party.
