[HCRA] March Zero Beat Available

[V. Oquendo]

When the issue is on the website the link to the page will be made
available to all via the reflector and a post from the website. Posts made
from the website are received only by those that opted to subscribe to the
posts. The post goes via email also.

In the meantime here is the link to the 2021 issues:
https://www.hcra.org/zero-beat-2021/. An issue can be read directly from
there, or downloaded for those that want to do that. March is not there
yet. Also, from the website's main menu on the landing (main) page, you can
select the Zero Beat and can see 2  items, an entry to the link I provided
above, the other one will take you to the archive for prior years.
Come December or early January,  2021 issues will be moved to the archive
and the current year will show 2022 issues.
