[HCRA] March Zero Beat Available

Perhaps a link to the issue in the Web page archive could be emailed to
those on the reflector.  That would eliminate any problem with emailing a
large PDF file, although today, I'd be surprised if there is anyone that
can't receive a 5-meg file without a problem.  Just a thought.

 I think the larger point is that not everyone is on FB or social media
sites.  Also, the ZB archive is on the website and anyone can look at them.
The website has issues since 1948, from the time when the club started.
