[HCRA] Old Time Software - anyone familiar?

Hi Rich, I know absolutely nothing about it. If you want, contact him, he

I've known Jim around 15 years. He was a long time Cubmaster and
Scoutmaster and his 2 sons are Eagle scouts. Good people.
