[HCRA] Change this list to Yahoo?

Yahoo would have many advertisements. Additionally, members would have
to sign up with Yahoo to use it. If you are trying to get more members
active on this list as it stands today (a fairly simple one-step
registration process), just imagine what a handful that would be. I
think the number of list members would drop and only to gain attachments
and a few "flashy" features, that - to be honest - wouldn't be too useful.
Later mailman versions will allow you to send attachments, by the way.
I'm not sure what edition qth.net runs, but the version on my site will
permit attachments (and html in the message).
