[HCRA] Pratt Whitney Surplus Store Computer Sale

The Pratt and Whitney surplus store has some good prices on used Dell 
computers.  I think the ones they have now are in small-form factor desktop 
cases, not the style shown on the Web page.  You can get more information on 
the specific models from the Dell Web site.  The desktop model have been 
pretty reliable, but I can't recommend the laptops, based on my experience 
with them at work (ymmv).
