Hi again,

Just a reminder that HCRA's fiscal year ends on August 31st. September and
October is our annual renewal drive and as always we need your support.

Bound into your September Zero Beat is an HCRA application. Please take a
moment to fill it out and either send it in or bring it to this Friday's
meeting. We've even made it easier this year. If your personal data hasn't
changed just check the appropriate box and send/hand it in with your dues
and you're done.

Speaking of dues they haven't changed. Although many of our expenses
continue to rise by controlling costs, going mostly electronic on mailings
and thanks to a successful auction last year we have been able to hold the
line on dues. $15 is cheap money now-a-days to keep a group like ours
humming along. Donations are always welcome so if you find a few extra
dollars among the moths and dust in your wallet...

We've a lot in store for this coming year including more activities, the
holiday party, show & tell, special event stations, and Field Day to name a
few. Take a moment when you get your September Zero Beat to join/renew and
be a part of the most active amateur radio club in the Pioneer Valley.

You can download a application at:
http://www.hcra.org/zerobeat/HCRA%20Application%20Form%202010.pdf.

Thanks as always for your support and I look forward to seeing everyone
again at the September 3rd meeting.

'73...

Jim, KK1W
