[HCRA] High speed CW translation

You could be right, but I definitely heard a comma in there. I just noticed
I had not edited my report very carefully - the comma comes after what
appears to be "E N C" which may be followed by an "A." 

In any event I may have misheard. Even after listening to it several times,
it was hard to make out the characters with that low-level audio beneath the
nine-note patter and the S9 static crashes <g>.

I think from just that bit I figured out the CW. It's the name of the CD.
