[HCRA] Club meeting tonight - Special Guest Speaker!

Hey gang,

 

Don't let the cloudy weather keep you from an interesting meeting this
evening at HCRA. Rick Thompson, author of an interesting book called
'Crystal Clear' will be coming all the way from Albany, NY to speak to us
about the challenges of radio communication during WW II. Mr. Thompson, as
well as being well versed in this subject, is the Dean of Math and Science
at the College of Saint Rose and promises to provide a very interesting
presentation. So put down the rake and grass seed, take the evening off and
join your friends at HCRA for a great meeting.

 

Tonight's subject has wide appeal and it would be a good time to bring a
friend or neighbor along too. Besides enjoying the presentation it might
offer a good opportunity to introduce them to your favorite hobby.

 

As always there will be an evening raffle, coffee & donuts and of course the
best group of hams in the valley!
