[HCRA] N0HI DX cluster

The N0HI AR-Cluster node is back online.  You may remember it as the K1KAA
node, but nothing other than the callsign and the IP address have changed.
You can connect via telnet to "n0hi.dyndns.org".  I will be setting filters
at some point tomorrow, so the stream will be very raw until then (but it
will get the job done).  My node shows the same spots as just about any
other node, but mine usually has less users connected.  I also monitor
DXsummit for any other spots the sucker didn't get.  As always, typing
"help" will show a list of commands.  Enjoy!
