Looks like it is in Eastern Massachusetts on Cape Ann. Might be a fun time.
I'm busy that day with Catfish Derby. Hope some of you can help out.

Hello to All:

Sorry if you have gotten this more then once... I am sending this email to
anybody that in the past has signed up for an NSRA Public Service Event.

I still am a few people short for Blackburn Challenge next weekend July
18th, 2009

This is a fun day on the water... Get out for a day on the ocean, watch some
boats row by.
