[HCRA] First meeting of 2009 this Friday, January 2nd

Hey gang,

The first meeting of the new year kicks off tomorrow evening. The weather
may be cold but the company will be warm and friendly at the church tomorrow
evening.

We have a slight change in our presentation for Friday as Sean, KX9X, had to
make a change of schedule. Sean will  be visiting us in February instead of
January as planned. But, in good old HCRA fashion, our members have hustled
and put together the QRP presentation originally scheduled for February and
have it ready to go right now! Amazing work by Jim, K1JAW and his QRP team.

So, get ready for a very nice view into the whys and hows of QRP. Don't know
what the heck QRP is? Then I guess you need to be sure to make the meeting,
eh? (I've been to Canada to much this past year!).

We've got a super presentation, great raffle prized, coffee & donuts and of
course the best group of hams in the valley. See you there!
