[HCRA] The fox is deployed

The fox is deployed and may be activated from most areas in the park using 5 watts.   If anyone needs help, I am monitoring 146.67 which is an easy repeater from the park.

This is an easy walk, no climbing or wading through water, but is well hidden.  I had trouble when I went back to change antennas! If this is successful, then we will begin on direction finding building projects.
