[HCRA] Web page changes

I like the idea of a full-sized keyboard.  I'll certainly try one this year, 
not that it will make me into a great contest op (little chance of anything 
doing that :), but logging while operating is a very useful, but for me 
difficult, skill.  Anything that help will make my day to day operating more 
fun.  I like to log QSOs while on the air and the laptop doesn't make it 
easy.

I noticed that some wireless mice and, I think, some wireless keyboards (the 
cheap ones :) operate around 27 MHz.  These might not do well near a 
ten-meter station!  They may not like a strong RF field on any of the HF 
bands.  At least we shouldn't hear them :)
