[HCRA] Help Wanted - 40 Meter Band Captain

Hi Jim,
As we discussed this evening, I can provide a rig, computer and the other
items needed for the 40-cw station, as long as Frandy is willing to handle
the 20-cw station on his own (we were going to help each other out on the 20
mtr station). I'm pretty sure he will be fine with this "minor" change in
plans :)
I'll take care of getting the station organized, but help is always welcomed
(and needed!). We really will need all the help we can get setting up and
operating, so don't be shy folk!
