10 is open again.  Nobody is calling, but I worked Spain and England, 
both vy strong.  On top of that, I see JA still being spotted on 15 by 
VE2.  If you're in the market for Asia, I expect grayline to pick up on 
the high bands soon.  Kp 2 is a start.  X-ray flux isn't moving much; 
its been at 10^-6 for a long time.  Oh well, happy DX.
