[HCRA] Tail Gate Party tomorrow, June 1st!

Hey everyone,

Tomorrow is HCRA's annual Tail Gate Party at the Feeding Hills Congregation
Church (the same place as the meetings).

Here are the details:

HCRA Tail Gate Party (and hamfest)

Location: Feeding Hills Congregational Church
          21 North Westfield St.
          Feeding Hills, MA 01030

Time:     6:30 PM

Cost:     $5/tail gate spot for sellers
          Free for buyers

There will be a club donation table for HCRA and MTARA at the event, as well
as popcorn, coffee & donuts, soda and of course... A good time!

After the Tail Gate party ends (around 7:30 to 8:00) we will have a brief
business meeting and then hold our annual elections. Following the elections
there will be a Field Day planning discussion.

The weather promises to be good so don't miss out on some free fun this
weekend. Tell you friends, it is not necessary to be a member of HCRA to
come to the party or attend the meeting.

Don't want to pay for a spot but have a few items to 'unload'? Then bring
them around to the club donation table and let your donation go to help out
your favorite club. We thank you in advance for your generosity.
