[HCRA] Box truck

Dear HCRA Members, 
   I am Andrew Jense, founder and co-owner of Jx2 Productions. I am also a member of the HCRA and cook every year (for the past three and 2005's) field day. I have also volunteered my DJ and sound services to the HCRA's tailgate party for the past few years.

   I writing in regards to the use of a box truck. I am volunteering my services at a local robotics competition for Saturday, February 19, 2005. We will be setting up the night before at the school in Suffield, CT. That night I have to DJ from 7-10 and then take down and set up after that the competition. We can not get into the gym & cafeteria untill 8:15pm (at the school). Since I do not have suffient vehicle space to move all the equipment, I am looking for someone who has a box truck for me to use (even though I have my license-my Father would be driving or you could yourself). I also have move equipment, from my High school on that Friday (the 18th), up to Suffield High School. So in a nutshell- I am dj'ing on Friday the 18th, I have to move equipment from the Springfield Turnverein (where I am DJ'ing) and Agawam High School, up to Suffield High School. We would be picking equipment up at Agawam High School at 1:45 (1:00 at the earliest) and then picking up equipment at my house and then heading over to the STV to set up to dj w/ the equipment from my house, and then tearing down that setup and departing Agawam at 10:30 at the latest. Once the equipment is in Suffield High School we no longer need the truck until the 19th around 4pm or you can leave the truck and take one of my cars home.

I greatly appreciate any help you can give me. If you know an owner of rental company that can donate these services, or anything, I would really appreciate it. This is a pre season competition for FIRST robotics team (www.usfirst.org). I am member of Team 839, Rosie Robotics (Inventor the patent pending RoadIron) (www.team839.com). Please let me know ASAP.
