[HCRA] FCC Controls everything?

More to the point: Corporate America controls the FCC . . . and
everything else as a result. The FCC very rarely operates in the
public's interest anymore. The fast-tracking of BPL is but one example.
Another more significant one is the increasing concentration of media
ownership in the US.
