Starting the next session on January 21, the Mid-Atlantic Emergency Net
will meet at 2200 hours Eastern Daylight Saving Time on 5330.5 USB.  This 
time
change if permanent andintended to enable better gray line propagation into 
the
Central time zone, where some folks have wanted to check in.

Net control for now rotates monthly by call districts, starting in the first
call area in January, through the 4th and then to the 8th in May, then the
cycle repeats.  The net is seeking still seeking additional volunteer NCS.
Anyone interested in volunteering as an NCS for this or any future session,
please reply to this email and indicate the dates for which you are 
available.
An example script can be downloaded from the files section of the yahoo 
group
60Meters_EmCom or if desirdd I can email a Word copy directly to you. The 
script
is only a guide.  If you are volunteer as NCS, it is"your show." The only 
thing
I ask is that MAEN sessions be limited to about 30 minutes duration as a 
normal
procedure so that we do not "hog" the frequency.
