Greetings!

Sometimes it makes a big difference just where you have the clock in
your house. Try another location. 

We reviewed a couple of these units in QST when they first came out, and
these found the WWVB signals with good reliability. My brother (N1YMK)
in Vermont has one, and he said he had no problems getting a signal,
although it did take maybe 24 hours to sync up.
