I would also like to extend a congrats to Kx1x for recieving his Vigil rank in the Order of the Arrow, Scoutings National Honor Society. Vigil is the highest rank held in the OA is very difficult to get, you have to be nominated and be dedicated to scouting to recieve it. It is a great honor to have someone of such rank and someone who has such a passion for scouting as a leader and a friend. Thanks!
