[HCRA] Students are coming!

A little heads up for members of the list.  Students of the Technician 
Class license course will soon be joining the list.  I hope that they 
are well received and welcomed.  The main reason for bringing them onto 
the list is so that they can use the list as a resource while studying 
in the course.  There may be emails arriving on the list with questions 
about this or that subject in ham radio.  This is a great opportunity 
for us to present our best face for amateur radio.  Don't be bashful and 
do your best to answer their questions with the best information that 
you can provide.  This will help the students to see how things are done 
the HCRA way.  Who knows, we may end up with a few new members.
