[HCRA] FOOD FOR FIELD DAY 2003!

Hey guys, 
   I am going to be handling the food for Field Day 2003! I am going to need some help preping the food! Please send me an e-mail if you would like to give me hand (ap.jensen@verizon.net). Heres an outline of the menu for the following days: 

Friday:

  Lunch:

  Dinner:  Pizza, Soda, Chips, Coffee
 
Saturday:

  Breakfast: Bacon, Eggs, Sausage, Coffee, Oj, Milk, Toast

  Lunch: Burger & Dogs, Soda, Chips, Coffee

  Dinner: Pot Roast (on the spit), Potatoes, Veggie (Corn & Mixed), 
          Milk, Soda, Coffee
     Desert: Dutch oven Monkey Bread & Cherry Crisp

Sunday:

   Breakfast: Costco Muffins, Danish, Donuts, Milk, Oj, Coffee

Sunday Lunch: Burgers & Dogs, Leftovers

Snacks for entire weekend:

     Assorted Chips
     Cookies
     Brownies
     Fruit

Drinks for entire weekend:

    Diet Coke
    Coke
    Sprite
    Orange Soda
    Grape Soda
    Root Beer Soda
    Coffee
    Orange Juice
    Milk (only at breakfast)
    Water

If anyone has any suggestions or wants something added please check with me first. We will also me implementing a new way obtaining your food for the weekend so all the operators and behind the scenes people will get fed and have equal amounts of the snackies (that is t.b.a.).
