[HCRA] Welcome to another student of ham radio

Greetings to the list members,

I would like to welcome Marty Bowen to the HCRA email list serve.  Marty 
is a new student in our Technician class license course.  He will be 
attending the last two classes sponsored by the club.  He also attended 
the club meeting last friday and won the raffle (got himself a new 
antenna).  Marty seems pretty well prepared for the exam and I hope to 
see him take the test in April.  He has been encouraged to pose any 
questions about ham radio to this list (as have all members of the class).  

I wish Marty much success in his ham radio endeavors.
