[HCRA] NEQP Contest and Logging

Look for N1RL/m from Penobscot County, Maine, today (Saturday) and (I hope) from Hancock,
Washington, Waldo, Knox, Sagadahoc and Lincoln counties on Sunday. CW and SSB. If I can fit
in others, I will, but I'm also visiting family, so won't be operating 100% of the hours.
