[HCRA] NEQP Contest and Logging

Hope everyone is prepared for NEQP this weekend!

There have been a few comments about logging programs. It seemed CT was set
and working OK, but N1RL pointed out a scoring problem for mobiles (rovers).
I haven't seen a patch for that yet.

The good news is Writelog has released a module for NEQP. I just finished
testing it and it seems to work OK. The bad news is you need to own Writelog
to use it :>(. Look for me and WB1Z roving through NH, VT and MA on
Saturday. We'll be using the club call, W1NY. Hope we work every one of you.
Most likely on 40M SSB to start, have to play it by ear as the day wears on
and the bands change. I'm planning on working from home on Sunday, using my
(ab)normal call.

Good luck in the contest and let's hope an HCRA member wins the high score
plaque for Hampden County.
