[HCRA] Web page changes

Well,

I fixed the picture links but broke the page in the process. You have to
love these microshaft applications (FrontPage).

So.... I made some design changes and have re-published the web page. Please
drop me a note if you have any problems viewing the new design, any links
that don't work, recommended changes, etc. I'll try to get to them someday!

The lack of a broadband connection at home makes wholesale changes a slow
process. Individual changes can be accomplished quickly, but the broad ones
are VERY time consuming.

I will be updating the Field Day pages soon, send me any info you would like
included.

'73... (now I've got to go and get a life)
