[HCRA] NEQP Contest, May 4-5th

Hi everyone,

A new QSO party has been formed in New England that encompasses all New
England states. This replaces the individual state QSO parties of the past.

QSO parties are a great way to increase activity, break in new comers to
contesting, show off your rig, etc. With all NE participating, there should
be a lot of activity. You might even get your WAS in one weekend.

The HCRA fully supports this new QSO party and is hoping all our members
will try to participate on May 4th and 5th. John & I will try to get more
information in next month's Zero Beat about the contest. I have also added
