[HCRA] Replying to postings.

Just a reminder to all list users,

Please be sure to check your "to:" boxes when replying to messages on the
list. By default, clicking reply will address your message only to the
sender, not the list. If indeed you feel the response will be of value to
the group, add the mailing list into the "to:" or "cc:" field. We presently
have over 60 members, so let's try to address the personal replies to the
individual and the general interest material to the group. This will keep
our "in boxes" emptier and everyone happy.
