[HCRA] FD Questionnaire

A quick questionnaire about FD 2002 participants. If you could take the time
to answer and send me your responses it will help improve our effort for
FD2003.

If you attended FD2002 could you,

Send me a brief note about how your part or the operation went. Include some
neat anecdotes for inclusion into our "soapbox" for the FD web site. A good
example would be N1INB working his brother in MO.

1.  List up to three things that you thought we did the best.
2.  List up to three things that we could improve upon.
3.  What one thing would you add that we didn't do this year?

If anyone has pictures from the event, let me know what you have and how I
can get electronic copies.

If you didn't attend FD this year,

1.  Is there something we could do different that would attract you?
2.  Are there areas of FD support that don't include attending you would
like to help with?
3.  Do you think HCRA should continue to sponsor these FD efforts?


Thanks in advance for your responses. Your input is important, it's the only
way the HCRA board can determine what our membership desires from the
organization.
