[HCRA] Weather "Be Prepared"

Just a word to the wise:
As you might have already seen I placed the weather forecast on the website
and as you might have seen it's going to rain a lot and of course you should
bring some rain gear. But Commonly overlooked is that you should bring some
kind of waterproof footwear (Hiking Boots, etc.) because as my experience
was last year is that the grass is long and if you walk through the field
your feet get soaked (and you know how uncofortable wet shoes are). If you
don't have some kind of waterproof shoes bring something that will keep your
feet dry like plastic bags whiles you walk through the field.
