How can i control the programs that run when i boot my computer, because
i've got a lot of programs that start running when i boot up, and i don't
need them to be running in the "TRAY". There are so many "backround
programs" that my computer is constantly freezing. I know that there is a
file that has a list of programs that need to run at startup, but i don't
know what that file is. most of these startup programs are NOT in the
"Start>>>Programs>>>Startup". (i have windows 98 if that helps any)
