[HCRA] Internet Lookup for XMlog

Hi!

I stumbled upon something awsome for xmlog and other loging
programs. I found a way to have an internet lookup instead of having to
buy a cd-rom callbook. The installation instructions are unclear on the
website so i'll save you some time and effort.

Instructions for XMlog (will work on most other logbook programs)
1. Download: http://www.xmission.com/~toms/software/qrz32net.zip
2. Make sure XMlog is not running
3. Extract all files into your logbook directory replace existing files
with the new ones  (ex. C:\mlog)
4. Start XMlog
5. Go into your callbook settings as if you were using a CD when it ask
for the directory type "C:"
6. Enjoy having a "CD callbook" hihi
