It is not that difficult and any of you can do it.

I use my computer and camtasia along with a heil headphone/microphone to
produce a video like this one:

Camtasia will automatically convert it to mp4 for you and then you simply
upload it to youtube.

I did this one with a ipad a couple of years ago.

The reason I mention it is you could probably use your iphone and a tripod
if nobody doesn't have a decent video camera.

I've been wanting to buy one but the funds simply have not been there.

While my situation is not stable enough for me to volunteer, I am willing
to mentor anybody that wants to do this for you if ya'll want my help.

I do hope to purchase a video switch sometime this year which would give
you the ability to use several cameras to capture different views, but you
might not need/want that level of complexity.

Been down with the flu myself this week so I definitely sympathize.
