Jeff Lavender N4YPT was kind enough at the last minute to video Gerald Youngblood’s talk on SDR radios.  It worked out great for me since I was (and still am) recovering from a bout of pneumonia in 3 of the 4 lobes of my lungs.  I was able to watch the talk last night.

This brings up the subject of needing to video many of our presentations and functions like Field Day and the Christmas Party for both posterity and to be able to share the info with other radio clubs.  We have upcoming presentations from Greg Lewis on 2m simplex dx in February, and NWS Advanced Skywarn Training on Flooding in March.  Both of these presentations should be videoed.

We are looking for a club videographer, who can record the presentations in a .mp4 format that could possibly be posted to Youtube.

I am not computer smart enough to be able to do it myself.  Is anyone out there??
