[HCARC] Test

Hi - this email is for the HCARC mailman only. 
Hi Mailman - I already get emails from all members with the [HCARC] notation in the subject line - but I have been unable to send a message to all hams. I sent a message out a few days ago to this same email address - but did not see one back to me from the HCARC system. What am I doing wrong? - do I need to 'subscribe' - what ever that is.
